A Bloodline of Blessing
Reading of the Day: Genesis 10-12
Genesis 12:2: And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
There are many things in life which we enjoy, but probably very few which hold sentimental value. It's those few things we hang onto and save...those things we want to bring joy to our children just like they did to us, passing them down in the bloodline of our families in order to keep memories alive. And while these things are so special, they are still only temporary. So what is the greatest, most meaningful thing we can pass down to those we love? It's simply, and profoundly, to know The Lord! The Lord told Abram words of promise which would not only be for himself, but for generations to come! He would be blessed and be a blessing to those around him. When we draw close to Jesus, we are truly blessed, and those blessings pour out to all those we love! Knowing & loving Jesus is the blessed life...and when we pass down a Bible to someone we love, we continue the bloodline of blessing from generation to generation! Be blessed to be a blessing my friends! God bless!

As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
