Reading of the Day: Deuteronomy 16-18

Deuteronomy 17:19: And it shall be with him, and he shall read therein all the days of his life: that he may learn to fear the LORD his God, to keep all the words of this law and these statutes, to do them:

Daily Bible reading is so much more than a checkmarked task! The Truth that is found in each individual Scripture is so rich with wisdom, knowledge & encouragement! And so while this is a law to be studied and remembered, it is also a loving Word which gives us life every day we read it! In reading therein all the days of our life as this Scripture says, we are giving ourselves life in the process! His Word nourishes us. It gives us a Spiritual life & inspiration to not just survive the day, but also to thrive & have victory everyday! God is not just happy to see us open His Word...He is even more happy when we absorb it and live it! We need to be careful never to allow His Word to be just a rule book in which we check the boxes of right & wrong, but it must be a life-giving law which begins with love! A life is full & fruitful when love is in the center. A life is dull & empty without that love as the center...and that love for God will enhance our Bible reading & make each Scripture jump off the page, into our hearts & manifested through miraculous scenarios in our daily life! God's Word is a life-giving law!

A Moment of Silence.

As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
