A Pure Language
Bible Reading Today: Zephaniah
Zephaniah 3:9 For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve him with one consent.
Every culture has their own expressions & languages. Every language has dialects unique to their location. So many differences, and while all of them are beautiful in their own ways, none of them are perfect. None of them are pure. None of them are spoken without flaws. But thank God for the language of Heaven! When we receive The Holy Ghost, there is a sure sign that we've got it-and it's a new, pure language spoken out of our own mouths! It's given to us by God; it's nothing we can force. The only way it can happen is by showing up, praying it up, opening up & giving it all up to God! It doesn't take much! It is required for our salvation, along with repentance & baptism in Jesus' Name. The Bible is very clear on that! This is an experience like no other! God is ready to pour out His pure Spirit with a pure language, with words we won't understand, but beautifully translate to The Lord...are you ready to receive it!?
