A Song in the Sanctuary

Bible Reading Today: Exodus 13-15

Exodus 15:17 Thou shalt bring them in, and plant them in the mountain of thine inheritance, in the place, O LORD, which thou hast made for thee to dwell in, in the Sanctuary, O Lord, which thy hands have established.

These chapters are some of the greatest examples of overcoming, victory & the miraculous...the Israelites made it through the Red Sea by the hand of God & the Egyptians drowned trying to get one last attempt at putting them back into slavery. They were finally totally free! As they continued to walk, they couldn't help but break into song & celebration! This above Scripture was part of their song...from slavery to sanctuary! From bondage to set free! From being in a strange land to being safe & secure worshipping God, even in a wilderness! Have we allowed God to plant us in His church? Do we celebrate with a Body of believers and sing a song in the Sanctuary? We should! If we really think it through, God has delivered us all from so much...and when we boldly step out in faith & walk through God's plan of salvation of repentance, water baptism in Jesus' Name & receiving the Holy Ghost with evidence of speaking in new tongues, we walk the walk of TOTAL victory! The Egyptians get washed away in the baptism tank & we become forever separated from whatever was keeping us in bondage. We receive a new breath of life, which becomes our new language & new song in the sanctuary as others pray & celebrate with the angels! Jesus is about saving people! He is God, and if God saw the Israelites through, He will see YOU through too! Come plant yourself in the sanctuary! Come sing a new song in a new language! Come be free in Jesus' Name!
