Bible Reading Today: Exodus 22-24

Exodus 23:25 And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

We've all been nervous about a doctor's report at some point or another. We've had times where medicine just didn't really help much. Thankfully, we have a God Who sees beyond & beneath any part of us that is left uncured by doctors & medicine! While those things are helpful and can be part of God's provision for us, nothing will give us more peace than trusting in God for our FULL healing & wellness. Even before the physical sickness & wounds are tended to, God gives us a calm & peace in that stormy situation the minute we place it all in God's Hands! God is willing to make us both well AND whole, leaving no part of us lacking in any way! Doctors can't do that. No advancement in medicine can do that. God can heal us & help us physically, mentally, Spiritually & emotionally! He blessed the bread & water, took sickness away from the Israelites, and so much more! He is the same yesterday, today & forever...and we can expect the same results! Thank You Jesus! "Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever."

Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...

A Moment of Silence.

As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...

The Heart of the Struggle

Focus Scripture: But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart. Luke 2:19 Hello again! It's been about 4 months since I've stepped back into this space, and I have to say, I am taking very gentle steps. It's been on my heart so much to write again, but I am treading lightly. I may not post every day, unless God leads me there again...but for now, I am just moving forward in God's grace. I have some blog ideas stored up that I've been saving over time as I reflect upon His...
