Branching Out
Bible Reading 8/13: Jeremiah 23-25
Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth. Jeremiah 23:5
This verse in Jeremiah, like the many we read in Isaiah, all point to our Savior! A righteous Branch & King shall reign & prosper! Jesus reigns (and reins) today! And He alone allows us to prosper...but are we branching out and reaching for the Branch? Or are we getting carried away along with the tide of this world, missing out on a firm grasp of the Truth & the Branch which will ultimately save us? Let's branch out & grab hold of His Word and salvation....because, as the Scripture states, the days come and have come already!
