Building Trust
Bible Reading Today: 1 Samuel 18-20, Psalms 11 & 59
Psalms 11:1 In the LORD put I my trust: How say ye to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain?
There are so many big accomplishments we know about, and some we have accomplished ourselves...but nothing out there is bigger than God! He is all-knowing and everywhere! So what should we spend more time building up...a goal for our gain, or a relationship with God for His glory? Our soul does not need to find refuge in the biggest mountain, because we can find refuge in our Great God! So, we should spend time building trust & faith in God, and we should build that up bigger & better than any temporary tower of "to-do's" in this life! Build up that relationship with God, and have more strength against the storms & enemies that might come our way! Review & repeat the Scriptures. Rehearse them. Put them into song like David! Build up a tower of trust, faith & ultimately victory as The Lord leads!

Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...
A Moment of Silence.
As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
The Heart of the Struggle
Focus Scripture: But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart. Luke 2:19 Hello again! It's been about 4 months since I've stepped back into this space, and I have to say, I am taking very gentle steps. It's been on my heart so much to write again, but I am treading lightly. I may not post every day, unless God leads me there again...but for now, I am just moving forward in God's grace. I have some blog ideas stored up that I've been saving over time as I reflect upon His...
