Disarming the Enemy
Bible Reading 9/8: Ezekiel 38-39
Ezekiel 39:3 And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand.
How often do we give into the taunts of the enemy? Could it be that we sometimes arm the enemy when we give in? The greatest enemy we have is our flesh. When we allow our fleshly faults & weaknesses to defeat us, we are handing the enemy all the weapons needed to destroy us! Sure, the devil is at work in these situations, but it's ultimately our flesh that chooses to give into the devil's lies! Fear. Doubt. Depression. Defeat. Temptation. Addiction. When we believe these lies, we make the enemy stronger! Our flesh & feelings easily make way for the devil to attack. It's time to arm ourselves up in The Spirit and stop arming up the enemy! We need to disarm the enemy & suit up for Spiritual warfare! We need to strengthen ourselves through the Word of God, prayer, opening up to receiving the Holy Ghost, baptism in Jesus' Name and a heart full of repentance...and being renewed day by day! The bows & arrows of the enemy will fall, as the Scripture states. The enemy will be disarmed when we are strong in The Lord!
"For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day." 2 Corinthians 4:16
"Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."
Ephesians 6:11

Peacefulness is the toughest muscle there is, and exercising it only makes it stronger. However, it proves to be the most difficult to keep toned & honed consistently in our lives. Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...
A Moment of Silence.
As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
The Heart of the Struggle
Focus Scripture: But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart. Luke 2:19 Hello again! It's been about 4 months since I've stepped back into this space, and I have to say, I am taking very gentle steps. It's been on my heart so much to write again, but I am treading lightly. I may not post every day, unless God leads me there again...but for now, I am just moving forward in God's grace. I have some blog ideas stored up that I've been saving over time as I reflect upon His...
