Divine Favor
Bible Reading Today: Genesis 38-40
Genesis 39:21 But the LORD was with Joseph, and shewed him mercy, and gave him favour in the sight of the keeper of the prison.
We are all looking for that next best opportunity or "big break"...and in order to do that, we need to be connected to the right people. Whether it be for a career, for education, or for anything really...we are just looking for a positive outcome. Again, finding the right people is key! Thankfully, God leads & guides us into success when we seek Him, love Him & trust Him as Joseph did! The Lord showed Joseph mercy & gave him favor even in the sight of the keeper of the prison! Nothing could stop Joseph from being blessed, even in the toughest of circumstances! Was it because of the type of person the keeper of the prison was? Nope! It was because of Who GOD was, and still is today! When we have a divine connection & favor with God, seeking to be closer to Him each day, we end up having favor with others! It all starts with God! Pray & seek Him today, not just for a situation...but for a self-transformation in salvation! There's nothing better than a repentant life, baptism in Jesus' Name & receiving the Holy Ghost in order to be close to Jesus with Spiritual & Divine favor!
