DO YOU ALL OVER-ANALYZE, OR IS IT JUST ME!?
Over-analyzing leads to overthinking which leads to being overwhelmed! Sometimes, I just don't understand what I'm feeling and why...so I have to put things in perspective once again: "Examine me, O Lord, and prove me; try my reins and my heart." Psalms 26:2.
LET GOD DO THE EXAMINING! He can see what's going on in there clearly! Let JESUS reveal it!
1 Samuel 16:7 talks about how man looks outwardly, but God looks at our hearts. Intimidation from our outside problems can lead to inner turmoil & confusion! It's so easy to allow our emotions to run wild as we go through the ebbs & flows of life. Just let God flow & follow His lead!
"And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:7.
