Even when...
"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8.
Jesus already knew the mistakes we would make before we made them. He wants us to be holy as He is holy (Leviticus 11:45, 1 Peter 1:16), yet He also understands our humanity since He put on our flesh as well. He endured toward the cross even knowing the things we would do wrong. THAT'S LOVE!
So do we keep doing wrong? NO WAY! If anything, it is the most obvious reason to give God our whole heart. He gave His all, so we can give ours!
As Moms, we can be quick to be upset with our kids because it takes them a while to get things right. But since Jesus practiced a longsuffering kind of love, we must do the same! Even if we know they'll mess up, speak life, love & encouragement anyway...because Jesus went to the cross anyway! ❤
Let's correct in a loving manner:
"But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:" Ephesians 4:15. 💕
