From Joy to Rejoicing

Bible Reading Today: Isaiah 28-30

Isaiah 29:19 The meek also shall increase their joy in the LORD, and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

It's one thing to feel peace, but it's another thing to be peaceful with those around us. It's one thing to feel excited, but it's another thing to have an exciting celebration with loved ones...what I realized through this Scripture is that we can take our feelings to the next level by acting upon them! This can be positive, but also negative depending on the emotion. This Scripture talks about the meek increasing their joy and that the poor shall rejoice! Joy itself is great, but when we start rejoicing & expressing that joy in our actions, we start to see a change around us! Our joy then becomes contagious! When God does something wonderful in our lives, even through something as simple as the gift of joy, we have to share & express that with others so they can see the goodness of God too! If you have joy, rejoice in The Lord!

Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...

A Moment of Silence.

As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
