He Hears the Tears
Bible Reading for 1/7: Job 14-16
Job 16:20 My friends scorn me: but mine eye poureth out tears unto God.
You may hear the scorning. You may have people you know now, or have known in the past, who portray some type of negativity which diminished your drive to keep going on the path God has planned for you...but above all the noise, God hears the tears. Not only does He see them, but above all the negativity, God hears the tears that fall...no matter how silent or how intense the pouring is. Job knew he could pour out the negativity which was poured into his life-he knew he could go to God with it all! We should not hide away with our struggles...or if we do, we should utilize that space as a hidden prayer closet to pour everything out to God! The victorious battles are fought on our knees! God will restore you in 2023!

Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...
A Moment of Silence.
As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
The Heart of the Struggle
Focus Scripture: But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart. Luke 2:19 Hello again! It's been about 4 months since I've stepped back into this space, and I have to say, I am taking very gentle steps. It's been on my heart so much to write again, but I am treading lightly. I may not post every day, unless God leads me there again...but for now, I am just moving forward in God's grace. I have some blog ideas stored up that I've been saving over time as I reflect upon His...
