He WILL.
Reading of the Day: Exodus 5-7
Exodus 6:6: Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments:
When we were kids, we would sometimes overhear other kids at recess arguing back & forth saying, "No you're not!" "Yes you are!" Or "No he won't!" "Yes he will!" or something else of that nature...or maybe, it was us (hopefully not lol)! Either way, it was always a pointless argument. 2 people too strong to give up. And isn't that the struggle in our spirit sometimes? From one situation to the next, we are pulled from panic to prayer...From how could God fix this to yes He WILL fix it! The end of that pointless argument is YES HE WILL! It is pointless to argue if God will come through, because He ALWAYS will! It may not be according to our expectations, but HE WILL according to HIS WILL! In this Scripture, God reminded Moses once again that He will bring them out from under the burdens, He will rid them of their bondage, and He will redeem them! There's no reason to question it or have that recess "back & forth" argument! But God knew Moses needed little nudges of encouragement along the way, and he became more & more bold in the sight of Pharaoh and more & more confident in God because of it! So, let's consider this our "nudge of the day." He WILL! And next time that one person comes along & says "No he won't!"...We know exactly where we stand! Yes He will & Yes He can!

Surviving the Peace Plummet
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 1 Corinthians 2:2 For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. Peacefulness is the toughest muscle there is, and exercising it only makes it stronger. However, it proves to be the most difficult to keep toned & honed consistently in our lives. Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...
A Moment of Silence.
As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
The Heart of the Struggle
Focus Scripture: But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart. Luke 2:19 Hello again! It's been about 4 months since I've stepped back into this space, and I have to say, I am taking very gentle steps. It's been on my heart so much to write again, but I am treading lightly. I may not post every day, unless God leads me there again...but for now, I am just moving forward in God's grace. I have some blog ideas stored up that I've been saving over time as I reflect upon His...
