Heart set on The Spirit

Bible Reading Today: Ezekiel 9-12

Ezekiel 11:19 And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:

When we put our minds to something, we can accomplish it. We've all heard that. But what about when our heart's set on it too? Then we don't just have determination...we have desire! And desire is usually one of the greatest driving forces to reaching our goals! That's probably why this Scripture speaks about giving the people "one heart." One goal. One passion...and that is to love our One God with all we have! When it's no longer just something we know, but it's something we love, then we can achieve it! But our hearts have to be prepared! We can't be hardened to the things of God-we have to soften up, with a heart set on His Spirit, The Holy Ghost! When we receive His Spirit speaking in new tongues, we are even further changed for the better! Not only do we have the right mindset, the right heartset, but also The Spirit of The Living God setting us on course toward Heavenly places! Combine that with repentance & water baptism in Jesus' Name, and we are fully ready for a new walk, a new life and a new home in eternity! Let's keep our hearts set on The Spirit and get set for success!

Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...

A Moment of Silence.

As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
