Helping, or Hurting?
Bible Reading Today: Proverbs 7-9
If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself: But if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear it. Proverbs 9:12
When we are wise in The Word of God, it benefits us in the best way...it builds us up, challenges us & changes us for the better...but when we scorn, cause strife or stir up conflict according to our own reasoning & understanding, we lose out in the end. What do these things have in common? They only help or hurt our own selves! Yes, others are affected by our choices, but in the end we bear the consequesnces. We will have to look back & realize what we did. Do we have more guilt, or gladness? Wisdom, or wickedness? Let's allow The Word of God to help us be more like Jesus! Let's let God's Word lead instead of bearing the burden of a life without The Lord!

A Moment of Silence.
As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
The Heart of the Struggle
Focus Scripture: But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart. Luke 2:19 Hello again! It's been about 4 months since I've stepped back into this space, and I have to say, I am taking very gentle steps. It's been on my heart so much to write again, but I am treading lightly. I may not post every day, unless God leads me there again...but for now, I am just moving forward in God's grace. I have some blog ideas stored up that I've been saving over time as I reflect upon His...
