His Way in the Whirlwind
Bible Reading 8/4: Nahum
The LORD is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the LORD hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet. Nahum 1:3
I don't often look closely at the book of Nahum, but this Scripture really stood out! I definitely want to take more time on this book of the Bible...the end of this Scripture states, "...and the clouds are the dust of his feet." The clouds we see above us, looming & gloomy, giving a sign of a storm, are all just the aftermath of God moving! They are the dust of His feet! So if that's true...we don't have to fear the storms! He WILL have His way in the whirlwind...because He creates it! When God moves, the earth responds...and if the earth responds, how much more should we? Let God walk into your life, leaving a dust cloud raining blessings! He will have His way in an earthly whirlwind, and He will help you navigate through the stormy situations in your life as well!
