His Word, Our Wildfire
Based on Jeremiah 20-21, 2 Timothy 4
"Then I said, I will not make mention of him, nor speak any more in his name. But his word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not stay."
Jeremiah 20:9
Jeremiah's need to preach The Word of God was uncontrollable! He couldn't stop, even if he wanted to! It was a wildfire that needed to keep on spreading, because there was a world so close to being quenched by the fires of hell. We can relate so much to Jeremiah's time! We need to get The Word out there quick!
"O house of David, thus saith the LORD; Execute judgment in the morning, and deliver him that is spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor, lest my fury go out like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings."
Jeremiah 21:12
The fury of God can spread like a fire as well, and while we don't like to think about it, it's a true reality...but that's because, more than anything, we serve a God with a fiery passion to love us & to save us! He feels such heartbrokenness when we turn toward the world, and so must become those who live His Word & spread it like a good wildfire, with an unquenchable Spirit & fire stirring within us!
"preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine."
2 Timothy 4:2
We need to keep on spreading The Word like wildfire! We need to teach the 3 keys which keep us from experiencing the fires of hell, or any other fires of fury:
"Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost." Acts 2:38

Surviving the Peace Plummet
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 1 Corinthians 2:2 For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. Peacefulness is the toughest muscle there is, and exercising it only makes it stronger. However, it proves to be the most difficult to keep toned & honed consistently in our lives. Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...
A Moment of Silence.
As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
