His Word Stands Firm!
Based on Psalms 10-12, Acts 19:1-20
"Thou hast seen it; for thou beholdest mischief and spite, to requite it with thy hand: The poor committeth himself unto thee; Thou art the helper of the fatherless."
Psalm 10:14
Maybe, the past wasn't the greatest...maybe, a lot of negativity happened or was spoken about, and it's been carried with you for so long. If that's the case today, I'd just encourage you to look at what God's Word has to say! "The poor committeth himself unto thee; Thou art the helper of the fatherless." His Word is a safety net! His Word stands firm! He is His Word, so He will embrace us with it!
"For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; His countenance doth behold the upright." Psalm 11:7
When we decide to follow Jesus instead of negativity, He beholds us as we pursue that upright life! Not one that's knocked down & upside down, but a life that's walking firmly upon His Word!
"The words of the LORD are pure words: As silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, Thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever."
Psalm 12:6-7
"Many of them also which used curious arts brought their books together, and burned them before all men: and they counted the price of them, and found it fifty thousand pieces of silver. So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed."
Acts 19:19-20
The Words of The Lord are pure words! And those who brought their books forward in Paul's time realized that! They had books of curious arts, things that weren't real & probably based in witchcraft...but again, the Words of The Lord are True & Pure! And as His Word states, "So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed." And it still will in our lives today! It will help us in our times of sadness, grief & negativity. It will give us a place of safety. And as we pursue a life to become more like Jesus as His Word states, others will also be able to see that there's no other place to put our trust! His Word always stands firm!

Surviving the Peace Plummet
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 1 Corinthians 2:2 For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. Peacefulness is the toughest muscle there is, and exercising it only makes it stronger. However, it proves to be the most difficult to keep toned & honed consistently in our lives. Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...
A Moment of Silence.
As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
