Bible Reading Today: Matthew 4, Luke 4-5, John 1:15-51

Luke 5:23 Whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Rise up and walk?

I find it hard to be skeptical of Who Jesus is when I read Scriptures like this. In this short passage, all the bases are covered! The skeptical Pharisees were so taken aback by the fact that Jesus said He could forgive sins-an internal sickness only forgiven by God! Jesus also states that He could heal this man in his outward sickness before their very eyes. Jesus did BOTH! He proved to them that He IS God, both of the soul and of the body. He is our Creator & Savior! Jesus doesn't ask them which is more difficult...He asks them which of the two things is easier, because nothing is too hard for The Lord! Jesus is God of all! Want to break free from life in sin, or just life without the miraculous? Talk to Jesus! Want to be healed of something you've been suffering with for years? Talk to Jesus! He is God of all; He's got you covered!

Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...

A Moment of Silence.

As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
