Lifted Up in the Way
Bible Reading Today: 1 Kings 15:25-16:34, 2 Chronicles 17
2 Chronicles 17:6 And his heart was lifted up in the ways of the LORD: moreover he took away the high places and groves out of Judah.
This Scripture above is talking about king Jehoshaphat of Judah. After many kings failed at being followers of the ways of God, Jehoshaphat finally followed The Lord & flourished! He was lifted up in the ways of The Lord! The other kings were lifted up in the ways of themselves...concerned with vanity, impressing the people & doing it all in their own power. Anything we do without The God Factor in our lives will result in failure! It may not be immediate, but sadly, it will happen...so, we need to lift our hearts up in The Lord! We need to read His encouraging Scriptures! We have to say not my will, but thine be done! We have to be lifted up in the way to Heaven!

But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
