Mary, Did You Know?

Based on Micah 4-5, Revelation 12

"But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it." Micah 4:1

Mary, did you know that because of Jesus, many people would make going to the house of God the top priority amidst the mountain of things to do? Did you know that people would be going to "tell it on the mountain" for centuries to come? Thank God for His plan to be delivered of Mary! Thank God for His plan to be the Deliverer of Mary! Thank God for His plan to deliver US!

"Be in pain, and labour to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in travail: for now shalt thou go forth out of the city, and thou shalt dwell in the field, and thou shalt go even to Babylon; there shalt thou be delivered; there the LORD shall redeem thee from the hand of thine enemies."

Micah 4:10

Mary, did you know God's plan for deliverance came long before He came in the flesh? Did you know that we, along with Mary, are a part of a story so much greater than we could ever imagine? It's a saving story of deliverance of ALL PEOPLE! As we focus on this miraculous birth, I am all too aware that my time is also coming soon...to all the Moms out there reading who may be pregnant, I feel your pain! Literally! Thankfully, there is so much more joy than sorrow.

"But thou, Beth-lehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting." Micah 5:2

Mary, did you know the little town of Bethlehem was always the plan for your little child? That His humble beginnings would bring forth the strongest end for ALL who commit to His plan of salvation? When we repent, get baptized in Jesus' Name & receive His Spirit, we join the story just as Mary did!

"And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: and she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered." Revelation 12:1‭-‬2

Signs of deliverance will continue to shine forth until the end of time...how long will we stay in pain before we choose to be delivered? How long will we hold back Jesus instead of allowing Him to be born in us? Something to think about!
