New Voice, New Understanding

Gina Pietrzak

"And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord."
Psalms 40:3.

So many voices are speaking into our lives today, and many have negative reports to give. But what does the voice of God say? And how does He speak through us? When we seek Him first, and His righteousness, a positive report will follow!

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." Matthew 6:33.

When He puts a new song of praise in our mouths, everyone will see and trust in God too! That's what our world desperately needs! A new Voice speaking into their lives, and a new understanding of that Voice! The Voice of God!

"But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord."
1 Corinthians 15:57‭-‬58.

So, this work of The Lord is not in vain! Scripture clearly states that He gives us the victory! That's why we can be driven to keep going! With these continuous voices of negativity at our jobs, on social media, and many other places, it's hard to have hope or be motivated to get through each day. But with God & His Word, and His promises which are true, we can keep moving forward!

Humans don't have the answers right now, but God does! And He even has a new tongue & language we can speak in which can reveal messages, too! Now, we all don't speak in tongues all the time when we receive His Spirit, but when He moves & we respond to Him moving, our tongues are going to move, and most of the time it's not how we might expect! Basically, there are many different SURE signs & ways to know God! And boy, do we need assurance nowadays!

"There are, it may be, so many kinds of voices in the world, and none of them is without signification." 1 Corinthians 14:10.

The Spirit is the signification of GOD! We all need it. And when gathered together in church, there are times when special messages are interpreted which God wants us to hear. God wants us to have understanding. He wants us to listen to HIS voice over the many voices speaking at us in this world!

"What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also." 1 Corinthians 14:15.

"For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints."
1 Corinthians 14:33.

All of this isn't just for our world as it is today, but for eternity! God gives us hope BEYOND death, and no one else in this world can promise that!

"If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead." 1 Corinthians 15:19‭-‬21.

"So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?" 1 Corinthians 15:54‭-‬55.

Again, in Christ, we have the victory! Listen to His voice, and seek for Him to speak through you, especially in that new heavenly language! Also seek for a new perspective & understanding of what God is saying, not what this world is saying! God will reveal the things this world is trying to hide! But how much will we seek Him? Remember, it's not only a new Voice in your life & a new understanding of life, but a new loving eternal relationship:

"Let all your things be done with charity."
1 Corinthians 16:14.

Surviving the Peace Plummet

Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 1 Corinthians 2:2 For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. Peacefulness is the toughest muscle there is, and exercising it only makes it stronger. However, it proves to be the most difficult to keep toned & honed consistently in our lives. Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...

A Moment of Silence.

As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
