No Place I'd Rather Be!
Based on Psalms 84-86, Romans 12
"For a day in thy courts Is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, Than to dwell in the tents of wickedness." Psalm 84:10
Being present in God's presence is the best present we can give ourselves! That's because our God, Jesus Christ, is the answer to all of our problems! Have a sickness? He's a Healer. Have a fear? He's the Comforter. Have an emergency? He's the Miracle-Worker! Need love? He is the LOVER OF OUR SOUL! He cares for us more deeply than anyone else. Come into His presence and find out!
"All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; And shall glorify thy name. For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: Thou art God alone." Psalm 86:9-10
God's presence is for EVERYONE! All people can enter in and rejoice! Getting into the presence of God should definitely happen in our own devotion times at home, but when we gather in unity as a Body, we also feel the power & presence of God in an amazing, encouraging way! When we are around others in His courts, we are surrounded by more members of the Body of Christ!
"not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality." Romans 12:11-13
God's presence motivates us to do the true work of a saint-reaching out to others! When His presence reaches into our lives, we can't help but let the love overflow to others, bringing others into the presence of God with us! Bring them out of the tents of wickedness, and when they approach the entrance of the door to His courts, it will already be better than anything in the past! No place we'd rather be!!

Peacefulness is the toughest muscle there is, and exercising it only makes it stronger. However, it proves to be the most difficult to keep toned & honed consistently in our lives. Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...
A Moment of Silence.
As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
