On Purpose, With Purpose
Bible Reading Today: Isaiah 44-48
Isaiah 45:18 For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else.
I love how this Scripture starts from the top down in creation-the heavens, the earth, and the inhabitants of the earth...God has created all & thought about each intricate detail! This is why I find it so hard to believe in anything other than creation...think about it...when we see an amazing structure, performance, work of art, or anything like that, the creator/writer/artist is always credited & honored...isn't the greatest masterpiece creation? Our Pastor preached how one human cell has so much going on inside it that even just that tiny cell itself discounts anything other than creation! That's why we also have to know that if we were created on purpose, we were created WITH purpose! A God who physically put us on this earth would not want us to live a life of confusion as to why we are here....we also have a Spiritual purpose! When we repent, get baptized & receive The Holy Ghost, we are saved & His Spirit can better direct us toward that Godly purpose! How awesome it is to have a God Who designed us on purpose, with purpose, for now until eternity!
