Pleasantness & Peace
Bible Reading 6/3: Proverbs 1-3
Her ways are ways of pleasantness, And all her paths are peace. Proverbs 3:17
Pleasant. Peaceful. Words that do not usually describe me, but that is always the goal! I truly desire to be described this way, as I'm sure we all do...we don't want to feel like someone else's headache! Oftentimes though, it's difficult to be the peaceful one in the craziness of everyday life...but thankfully, there's wisdom. That, in fact, is the "woman" described here in Proverbs! Wisdom is a proverbial woman in the Bible, but we all know that wisdom comes from God Himself. How do we attain this? The answer is also in Proverbs-read and follow God's Word! We will then be wise, and therefore attain this pleasantness & peace. I am going to do my best to incorporate and apply more & more of God's Word so I can be pleasant & peaceful to those in my life!
