Re-Defined
Bible Reading Today: Genesis 16-18
Genesis 17:5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.
Sometimes, we define ourselves by our past choices. Maybe, we developed a reputation that we want to change...maybe it's just time for a change in general? Life is all about change. Growth. Re-evaluating...and our God can take our life and turn it around in the best way! We may think it's impossible, but God can change us and give us a whole new life! We can be re-defined, just like when Abram turned to Abraham. When we repent, get baptized & receive the Holy Ghost in God's plan of salvation, we take on the Name of Jesus! We are re-defined, and also refined...completely changed & separated from our past! We should be ready for change, but one thing that should never change is The Word of God...His Word will change US!

A Moment of Silence.
As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
The Heart of the Struggle

It's been about 4 months since I've stepped back into this space, and I have to say, I am taking very gentle steps. It's been on my heart so much to write again, but I am treading lightly. I may not post every day, unless God leads me there again...but for now, I am just moving forward in God's grace. I have some blog ideas stored up that I've been saving over time as I reflect upon His...
