Restore, or Ignore?
Based on Isaiah 3-4, Galatians 6
"when the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of burning."
Isaiah 4:4
We must remember, as was stated in the last post, Jesus is the Cleanser of our open wounds. He washes the filth out of our lives & allows us to live fresh & new! When we choose this process of restoring instead of ignoring our wounds, we are healed! We then must go to others and tell them it's time to restore, rather than ignore!
"Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted." Galatians 6:1
When we have built back up Spiritual strength through the Holy Ghost in our healing process, we must go out in hopes to see others restored! We cannot ignore the needs of our fellow strugglers! We need to restore in the spirit of meekness, but also watching out to not re-open our old wounds while trying to help others recover from their hurts!
"Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ." Galatians 6:2
Jesus took the sin of the entire world upon Himself...the least we can do is reach one or two! The burdens we bear can see others repaired! We can help to introduce people to The One who loves us so much to be our Savior & Sacrifice. We may have to carry some baggage along the way, but the journey to see a soul saved is worth it! We must not ignore our wounds or the wounds of others if we ever want to be truly healed & fulfilled!

Surviving the Peace Plummet
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 1 Corinthians 2:2 For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. Peacefulness is the toughest muscle there is, and exercising it only makes it stronger. However, it proves to be the most difficult to keep toned & honed consistently in our lives. Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...
A Moment of Silence.
As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
The Heart of the Struggle
Focus Scripture: But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart. Luke 2:19 Hello again! It's been about 4 months since I've stepped back into this space, and I have to say, I am taking very gentle steps. It's been on my heart so much to write again, but I am treading lightly. I may not post every day, unless God leads me there again...but for now, I am just moving forward in God's grace. I have some blog ideas stored up that I've been saving over time as I reflect upon His...
