Bible Reading Today: 1 Chronicles 26-29, Psalm 127

Now therefore in the sight of all Israel the congregation of the LORD, and in the audience of our God, keep and seek for all the commandments of the LORD your God: that ye may possess this good land, and leave it for an inheritance for your children after you for ever. 1 Chronicles 28:8

I am doing a series this week called ROAD TO PENTECOST, because Pentecost Sunday is THIS COMING SUNDAY, 5/28 at 10:30AM! My goal & focus in this series is to show how The Lord's plan of salvation is present in most of our Bible reading & is essential for us to enter Heaven!

Look where God has led us on this road...we are almost to Pentecost Sunday! And we have learned some very important Biblical Truth along the way...the above Scripture states that in order to possess the good land, we need to keep & seek the commandments in the sight of the congregation of Israel & the audience of our God...and we will also have something promising to give to our children! That's Heaven right there. Heaven is the true promised land. Come to the congregation of church in the audience & presence of God! Follow His Word & seek a more close-knit relationship with Him everyday! And there is no way to be closer to Him than living, breathing & speaking in the Spirit of The Living God inside of us! Going through His pattern & plan of baptism! Living a life of repentance, being willing to change...there is nothing better...come see for yourself at church tomorrow morning at 10:30AM for Pentecost Sunday!

Peacefulness is the toughest muscle there is, and exercising it only makes it stronger. However, it proves to be the most difficult to keep toned & honed consistently in our lives. Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...

A Moment of Silence.

As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
