Sharing the Wealth
Bible Reading Today: Deuteronomy 11-13
Deuteronomy 11:19 And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
When we are in abundance, we share what we have with those who lack. It is not only human nature, it is Biblical...especially when it comes to sharing the Truth! It's even more crucial to share the Truth of God's Word with others, because it gets us to eternity with Jesus! The Bible is God speaking directly to us! When we share food, clothes, money or other material things, those are all nice gestures, but they are temporary...when we share God's Word, that's a gesture that will lead someone to eternal life! We need to share Biblical Truth! Our world, especially today, depends on it! Sharing the Word of God is sharing the greatest wealth there is!
