SOMETIMES, WE JUST NEED QUIET TIME.
"Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth." Psalms 46:10. So many things need our attention. They require us to move, act & respond immediately...or so we think!
Sometimes, we don't realize how much time we actually have to slow down. I am not saying it's not important to be productive, but we should never be "too busy" for the important things...especially God!
I encourage you Moms today (myself included!) to take a moment to just be still. It may be hard to find, but try to find a quiet space to reflect on God, get re-orientated with your priorities and evaluate your health & well-being. It is true that we are called to be living sacrifices (Romans 12:1), but we can't lose ourselves in the process of our life! We won't have anything left to give!
Love you all! Keep goin', but take time out to be still in God's presence today.
