Take a Psalm!
Based on Psalms 81-83, Romans 11:19-36
"Take a psalm, and bring hither the timbrel, The pleasant harp with the psaltery." Psalm 81:2
Want to make a troubling situation a celebration? Take a Psalm! And don't just read it, act upon it! That's what this Scripture says! We can apply music & worship & singing to God's Word and allow it to really come alive around us in a powerful way! God's Word is already the Living Word, so we can't keep bottled up what we read! We have to live it, and lead our lives with it! A Psalm is the greatest instrument! God's whole Word is the greatest tool & weapon! Take HIM with you!
"For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance." Romans 11:29
Everything we read, learn & pray about in terms of our purpose & calling for God is without repentance. This means that they are always there to take hold of, no matter what! If we have strayed, we can always come back to stay! Our gifts & calling a will be there to put into practice once again (as long as we are willing to stay committed & work at it!). So take hold of a Psalm in your heart! Sing for joy! Praise God! Then, you can start taking those joyful steps forward into a relationship with God, pursuing your purpose & calling He has in store for you!
"For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen." Romans 11:36
Just remember, it's all for Jesus! He is the reason we take a Psalm! He is the reason we praise! And He is also the reason we live! So let's live out our lives putting Scriptures into action! Let God's Word be the soundtrack to our lives!

Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...
A Moment of Silence.
As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...

It's been about 4 months since I've stepped back into this space, and I have to say, I am taking very gentle steps. It's been on my heart so much to write again, but I am treading lightly. I may not post every day, unless God leads me there again...but for now, I am just moving forward in God's grace. I have some blog ideas stored up that I've been saving over time as I reflect upon His...
