The Birth of Love
Based on Isaiah 9-10, Ephesians 3
"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." Isaiah 9:6
When Jesus' birth was prophesied in Isaiah, there was so much more to it than just a physical birth which would one day take place, of someone who was of the lineage of David...this birth was a birth of love! True, pure love would be entering the world through Jesus, as our Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace! By His great love for us, He would be born in this world for us, die for us, and be all these things & more to us! HE IS LOVE!
"And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing." Isaiah 10:27
He didn't come to place a heavy burden upon us, as takes place so frequently in the demands of every day life...He came that we may put the strife of this life aside in order to take on a life lived for Him! The question is, are we allowing the birth of a more serious love for Jesus to take place in our hearts? He was birthed by an everlasting love for us...are we going to birth & manifest the same love toward Him?
"and to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:" Ephesians 3:9
He has loved us all since the beginning-"all men" does not exclude anyone! We need to dedicate ourselves more fully to Him, the One Who holds back nothing for us, the One Who leaves the 99 to chase after one like us...
"and to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God." Ephesians 3:19
We can know and be filled with the greatest form of His love when we receive His Spirit, the Holy Ghost! When we receive Him & are baptized in Jesus' Name with a truly repentant heart, we not only claim His love for us, but we proclaim our love back to Him!
The people we love, we go to great lengths for. How about Jesus Christ? Through this process described above, the greatest length we will reach is Heaven!

A Moment of Silence.
As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
