The Strength to Serve
Bible Reading Today: 2 Samuel 13-15
2 Samuel 15:21 And Ittai answered the king, and said, As the LORD liveth, and as my lord the king liveth, surely in what place my lord the king shall be, whether in death or life, even there also will thy servant be.
When things were getting quite difficult for David (although they really never were easy!), David told his servant Ittai to return & go back. But Ittai had the strength to serve! Although serving & being loyal is a humble thing, it's most definitely not a weak thing! Ittai said he would be with David in death or life, no matter what! Do we have the strength to serve God with the same bold example? Will we continue the good fight of faith, even when it's tough? Jesus did that for us! We need to serve as He served! We need to have the strength to serve & surrender our will for His, because although David was a great king, it's most important to be loyal to the One & only King, the One True God, Jesus Christ!

Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...
A Moment of Silence.
As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
