The Time is Now!
Bible Reading Today: I Chronicles 6
1 Chronicles 6:32
And they ministered before the dwelling place of the tabernacle of the congregation with singing, until Solomon had built the house of the LORD in Jerusalem: and then they waited on their office according to their order.
Sometimes, there is hesitation in making a commitment to God. We all know we have certain God-given talents & abilities that we can put to good use in His Kingdom, but we get nervous about committing our lives to Him, and we say, "maybe next time" or "once I get my life in order" or "once this happens, then I can do it..." But the time is really now, because time is short! We don't know when He will call us home, and so we need to start living for God now, even before we feel completely prepared! Don't worry, God will do the rest when we say yes! Just look at this Scripture above...before the temple was finished, worship singers were appointed & ready, singing in the building process! They didn't hesitate & wait around while the builders built! The builders gave their talent of building, and the worshippers "whistled while they worked"! Then, after the process was complete, they waited ON their office according to their order, not waited FOR their office! Waiters in restaurants do everything EXCEPT wait & relax! That's why waiting ON is very different than waiting FOR...God is already moving, but are we? Let's not sit around any longer! Let's get in church, pray about the steps we need to take moving forward & give all we can to The Kingdom of God! The time is NOW!

Peacefulness is the toughest muscle there is, and exercising it only makes it stronger. However, it proves to be the most difficult to keep toned & honed consistently in our lives. Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...
A Moment of Silence.
As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
