The Way that I Take
Bible Reading Today: Job 21-23
Job 23:10 But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.
God is there at every step, strive & stumble. Remember, as was stated last post, we need to call out to Jesus when we need a hand going about our walk of life! We don't need to do it on our own, and we should not even try-every problem has a solution, and every trial has a lesson if we trust in God! Don't leave our most valuable Resource for last! Before we come to the next battle or trial, God is there waiting. With a strong reliance upon God, we will be refined as gold like Job! Job was determined to walk THROUGH, not get stuck IN! The fire isn't fun sometimes...but as our Pastor profoundly stated last service, "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me." Psalm 23:4. God will bring us THROUGH IT! There's a beautiful worship song based on this Scripture in Job called "The Way That I Take." Listen for some great inspiration! He knows the way that we take...so let's go all the way & not stop short of the gold!
