This is not your rest.
Bible Reading 7/14: Micah
Micah 2:10 Arise ye, and depart; for this is not your rest: because it is polluted, it shall destroy you, even with a sore destruction.
Sometimes, we think something is "meant to be" just because it feels right at the time...but God has ways of showing us that He wants us to change course! We might be at a place in our lives that is part of His plan, but it's not the last stop! This is where prayer & Godly counsel comes in so we can receive God's direction through a strong connection! We might be content, yet unfulfilled. We may be satisfied, yet stagnant in not knowing if there's greater things ahead for us. But our God is a God of greater things! When we receive the Holy Ghost, we allow His infilling to fulfill us! We may not see the whole plan in view for our lives all at once, but the next step is made more clear! Our true rest is in our Heavenly home anyway! Jesus gives us rest, refreshing & renewing for now & forever!
