Bible Reading Today: Isaiah 35-36

The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose. Isaiah 35:1

If you feel as though you're in a season of "solitary confinement" or loneliness, either because you don't have many close people to you, or not enough trustworthy friends, look to Jesus. Meditate upon this Scripture! Gladness, rejoicing & blossoming can happen in the wilderness, solitary places & deserts! You now have the position of best focus to work on your relationship with God! He is a friend Who sticks closer than a brother! Also, while the gladness part & rejoicing is great...blossoming along with it is even better! Not only does Jesus make us feel comforted, He makes us to grow, thrive & blossom in those times! Use your solitary place to thrive! Find out how depending on Jesus is the greatest strength when no one else is around! Meditate upon similar Scriptures which can lift you up!
