WHAT ARE WE FULL OF?

WHAT ARE WE FULL OF?

"The full soul loatheth an honeycomb; but to the hungry soul every bitter thing is sweet." Proverbs 27:7. When we close ourselves off and are no longer open & broken like we talked about before, we become resistant to receive even the most wonderful things. We have no room for God when our lives are crowded. In that way, we are missing out on the best there is! Everything is received well by a desperate person. Someone who knows that they'll never be whole & complete without God. "For my soul is full of troubles: and my life draweth nigh unto the grave." Psalms 88:3. Without a willingness to let God in each & every day, that's what we will be full of: troubles! When we are unwilling to learn those lessons in our time of weakness and we fill the voids on our own, we become full of ourselves! Those bitter lessons will be sweet later on when we face the same issues and are able to conquer them! "Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us." Romans 8:37. "The Lord is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy." Psalms 145:8. That's what The Lord is full of: compassion! He is willing to give of His fullness if we are fully open & ready to receive it! "But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing." James 1:4. Be full of God & He will make room for the rest! We will never lack anything when we are full of God!

Peacefulness is the toughest muscle there is, and exercising it only makes it stronger. However, it proves to be the most difficult to keep toned & honed consistently in our lives. Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...

A Moment of Silence.

As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
