Who's in the lead?
Bible Reading Today: Judges 8-9
Judges 8:23 And Gideon said unto them, I will not rule over you, neither shall my son rule over you: the LORD shall rule over you.
Just as we mentioned handing over the power to God in the last post, this Scripture goes "hand-in-hand" with that! There is such a power struggle today, of who gets to be in control of, or have the most influence over, the masses...but also of us having too much control over ourselves...now, this does NOT mean to have no sense of self-control, but this DOES mean that we can't have so much control that God has no influence! Gideon humbly handed control over to God instead of trying to take a prideful position over the people. That doesn't mean there should be no leadership, but if God hasn't appointed us somewhere, we need to let God direct us to a different position! No matter what we do, we need to follow GOD'S lead! Then, we will be on the fast track toward Heaven!

Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...
A Moment of Silence.
As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
