Written on His Heart
Based on Exodus 39-40, Matthew 23:23-39
The Bible documents the beginning of time to the end of time. It is the Book of our lives! And since Jesus is the Word made flesh, and He is our God, we are not only written upon paper, but we are written upon His heart! Jesus loves us so much. He was the Ultimate Sacrifice, so we can go the extra mile for Him! We must write Him upon our hearts as well!
"And the stones were according to the names of the children of Israel, twelve, according to their names, like the engravings of a signet, every one with his name, according to the twelve tribes." Exodus 39:14.
The breastplate was a priestly garment worn by Aaron. Upon this breastplate were stones representing the 12 tribes of Israel. A breastplate is significant because it is worn over the heart. God wanted Aaron the priest and those priests after him to not only represent His people, but have a heart for His people and the work of The Lord! This is because God has a heart for us. Just like this breastplate, we are written upon the heart of God. He will never stop loving us! AGAIN, HE IS THE WORD MADE FLESH! HIS WORD IS LIKE A BREASTPLATE WITH OUR LIVES WRITTEN INTO THE STORY! KEEP ON LOVING JESUS!
"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!" Matthew 23:37.
Oh, how far His love extends! The Pharisees stoned those who were sent by God. Those stones were used to kill, but they forgot the special stones of long ago...the ones which represented each tribe of Israel upon the priestly breastplate! They lost the meaning. They lost touch with the love of God and became touchy & irritated with those speaking in the Name of The Lord. They only grew interested in self-gain & self-acknowledgment rather than selfless love and honor to The King! Jesus desires to gather us under His wing, like a loving hen gathers her chicks. Will we be too prideful to live under Christ's shadow? I pray not! Jesus help us to always love You and share Your love with others in Jesus' Name!

Surviving the Peace Plummet
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 1 Corinthians 2:2 For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. Peacefulness is the toughest muscle there is, and exercising it only makes it stronger. However, it proves to be the most difficult to keep toned & honed consistently in our lives. Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...
A Moment of Silence.
As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
