Bible Reading Today: Ezekiel 13-15

Ezekiel 14:22 Yet, behold, therein shall be left a remnant that shall be brought forth, both sons and daughters: behold, they shall come forth unto you, and ye shall see their way and their doings: and ye shall be comforted concerning the evil that I have brought upon Jerusalem, even concerning all that I have brought upon it.

I don't have to know your situation to know this-ye shall be comforted! Sometimes we just don't think our difficult times will ever end...or if they do, we think we won't recover. We won't heal. We won't be the same. But if we listen to God's Word of Truth, we know we WILL recover. We WILL be healed. But it's also true that we won't be the same! And as we've studied many times throughout our readings, we are not supposed to be the same. There are beautiful blessings of lessons to be learned through the hard times...lessons which change us, improve us, and help us grow! That's what this remnant of Israel would discover. Although they would experience hard times, they would recover. They would heal. But through it all...they would be comforted.

Peacefulness is like that one workout that you know is going to take the most time...

A Moment of Silence.

As was powerfully preached this past Wednesday, "Let there be light" were the first words spoken by God in Genesis 1:3... And He wasn't necessarily speaking about a physical manifestation... But a Spiritual one. Knowing that creation Would mean redemption. It would mean... Heaven needs to touch earth... Light would need to pierce the veil of darkness... The process of creating was ongoing... All the way to the point of creating in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) by being born again of water &...
